2. Services Description

BH POWER WASH LLC provides professional exterior cleaning services including but not limited to residential and commercial power washing, soft washing, house washing, driveway and walkway cleaning, deck and patio restoration, roof and gutter cleaning, fence cleaning, and surface sealing or staining. All services are performed by trained and insured professionals using industry-standard equipment and environmentally responsible cleaning solutions.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Estimates

All estimates provided by BH POWER WASH LLC are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to revision if additional work is required or unforeseen conditions are discovered upon arrival.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement provided to the client. Typically, payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various forms of payment as specified on our invoice.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a service appointment without penalty with at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of BH POWER WASH LLC, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the property and surfaces to be cleaned
• Ensure that all pets, children, and vulnerable individuals are kept at a safe distance during service performance
• Secure or remove loose items, furniture, decor, and personal belongings from the work area
• Disclose any known hazards, damages, or conditions that may affect the service or safety of our team
• Ensure clear access to water sources, electrical outlets, and the areas to be serviced
• Make arrangements for gate access, security codes, or other entry requirements in advance

5. Limitation of Liability

BH POWER WASH LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

While we take every precaution to protect landscaping, surfaces, and property, some cleaning processes carry inherent risks. We will not be held responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, defects, or weaknesses in surfaces being cleaned
• Damage resulting from necessary cleaning of neglected or poorly maintained surfaces
• Water intrusion through existing cracks, gaps, or unsealed openings
• Damage to landscaping, plants, or irrigation systems that were not identified and protected as agreed upon
• Natural wear and tear or environmental factors affecting treated surfaces after service completion

6. Insurance

BH POWER WASH LLC maintains general liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request. Clients are encouraged to verify coverage details prior to service commencement for their own peace of mind.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will return to address reasonable concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover surfaces with pre-existing damage, conditions resulting from neglect, or expectations beyond what can reasonably be achieved through professional exterior cleaning.

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BH POWER WASH LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
